Farm +300 Crystallized Air and Water With Engineering

First and foremost, you would need to be an Engineer with a Mote Extractor in order to do this. Head over to the north of Howling Fjord where you can find them at the 3 lakes where the mote clouds spawns quite often.

Frozen Earth mobs around here drop 1-2 crystallized water every single kill. The exact spot is highlighted on the map below (kindly click map for enlarge view).
